Payment terms
  • On all new customers we charge up front unless agreed otherwise.  Payment available with all major credit and debit cards and Paypal. Cheques are also excepted; however are processed before going to print.

Private Policy
  • No details of any customers are passed on to third parties unless requested. No details of credit, debit cards or any financial details are stored.

Shipping & Handling
  • Delivery for most shipments is included in the price quoted. Delivery time 1-2 days after agreed period of print process.

Refunds and Warranty
  • We aim satisfy all our customers; however in the event that you are not happy with your product please return your goods within 7 days and let us know as soon as possible, we will reprint the entire order if it is not representative of proof supplied. Refunds will be supplied if job is incorrect and a resolution not possible.
Cancellations

  • Any cancellations made up to 12 hours after the order time are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations made after this time are entitled to a 50% refund.



Color matching
  • We match all Screen prints according to the Pantone Matching System.  PLEASE NOTE that you cannot choose pantones from a digital library used in common illustration software. Colors must be matched to an actual Pantone swatch book. If you are unsure about color matching please ask us for advice.
  • Full color/ CMYK prints are matched to the CMYK color matching system. NOTE that CMYK colors also can be matched to a CMYK color swatch book.
